((We got hit by a huge piece of tire that came off a truck and they had to fix the window because it got shattered. Not fun. -_- Scared the shit out of us. I also went to the doctors and had a small screaming child try to bite my leg. The mother thought it was hilarious and filmed it. I ended up smacking the kid to get it off.))

Orchid dried herself off, getting dressed in another sweater and combing her hair out.

Lou winced as he felt blood runs down his back from the cuts she made. He thrust faster, leaving bruises on her neck.

Cornelius spun around as a man clothed in white appeared behind him. He leapt to his feet and let out a wordless cry as he disintegrated into ash.

Pixie heard the sound and shoved Lou away, running to the window. She fumbled with the latch as the man approached her, cursing under her breath. As the window swung open, the man drove a blade between her shoulder blades. She gasped then slumped to the floor, purple blood soaking into her curls as her eyes glazed over.

I didn't think I could feel hurt anymore- my mom pretty much knocked any normality or caring out of me- but you just drive me into the ground again and again and again. Grace and the others told me I shouldn't talk to you anymore but I ignored them cus I love you. But there comes a time when you just can't take it anymore. I barely cope from day to day at the moment. So many people rely on me and I need to make sure izzy and Jadz are eating, make sure Grace doesn't see Izzy's cuts, make sure Clemmie's happy. You were meant to be there for me. I used to come home and you'd be like the best thing ever. But you're not here anymore, and I don't think I'm here either. I just want to die and I am so sick and tired of having nobody. Why should I always be the one that worries, the one that waits, the one that'll always be there in the end? You say you don't need me, that you don't want to talk to me. It's fine. I don't want myself either. Thanks for showing me how worthless I am. It's hard to find people like you in life, but you really put things into perspective for me. Even you couldn't love me. I'm all the things my mom said and more, and it's time I did everyone a favour and just fucked off somewhere else.

Orchid was twirling her ring around her finger, staring at the clouds.

Lou swore and snapped his fingers to get dressed, picking Pixie up and laying her on the bed, his body guard grabbing the man, getting ready to snap his neck. Lou tried to heal her, then gave up wrapping bandages around her and holding her close.

In a moon-lit forest, the man in white was speaking in hushed tones "My King, I did as you asked. We will shortly be sending somebody to collect the corpse." He paused then said "No, sire. The apprentice will take a few hours to recover and if we do not act soon, I fear the demon may... damage the body. I will send Oriel shortly."
