Lou scowled sitting back down and biting his lip to keep quiet. "I haven't done anything!"

Pixie cocked her head "I do not think you realise that I can feel not only your pain but your deception. You have one last chance..."

Lou snarled, looking at his feet. "I cut my tail off for you..." He mumbled, wincing as his tail stump twitched, a sharp bit of bone sticking out.

Pixie sighed "I've deigned not to tell you how much of an imbecile you are. Now, come here and let me heal you. If you can get me the rest of the tail, I could even try to reattach it. Where, might I ask, is the tail?"

Lou went pale. "Um... Upstairs.." He poofed and got it. "Sorry..." He whispered, sitting down beside her again

Pixie blinked then stared at him "Do you mean to say that you left it on my bed? Despite the fact that I do not use my bed for its designated purpose of sleeping, I would still prefer it if you refrained from using it as body part storage in the future."

Lou pouted, holding his tail tightly "Sorry! Sorry! Can you reattach it?"

[Pook]

Pixie gave a short laugh before, in a voice like honey on a summer's day, cooing "Oh, my darling, I can do so much more than reattach it." Within a millisecond, however, she was back to what counted as normal, "I'm a trained army medic. Now, give me the tail."

Lou slowly handed it over, his face a mask. Inside he was trying to figure out if Pixie was crazier than he was.

Pixie looked over the tail for a second, gently rubbing the end with a thoughtful expression.

[Orchidious]

Lou bit his lip, watching her every move. "You're very quiet..."

[Pook]

"That is because," Pixie said without looking up, "you cannot hear my thoughts. I am also incapable of participating in the inane 'small talk' that you humanoids take such delight in."

Lou rolled his eyes, hiding a smile. "I'm not human.. And why can't you 'participate' in small talk?" He grinned, trying not to laugh.

Pixie flicked her eyes up to stare at him pointedly before saying icily "Louis, I may be... odd to you but I can assure you that I am not in the least bit unintelligent. If you persist in mocking me, I will incinerate your pitiful tail and leave it at that."

Lou stopped smiling, his face falling. "I wasn't mocking you.." his eyes flicked anxiously over to his tail.

Pixie looked doubtful as she held the tail gingerly.

Lou bit his lip, looking hopeful. "Can it be reattached?"

Pixie gave a breezy smile "Of course it can. There isn't much that I cannot do."

Lou looked relieved, smiling. "Good.. Could you reattach it for me? Please?"

Pixie tilted her head in the direction of the stairs "It would be best if we relocated to my bedroom."

Lou stood up, offering her his hand. "Okay.. Sure.."
